If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want to return an item, please contact us through the email orders@rednoa.es, indicating the order number and the reason why you want to return it.
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to make the return. After this time, the product cannot be returned.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.
A Red Noa Kit will be considered non-returnable if it has been prepared for dimensions larger than standard, meaning a height greater than 132 cm and\/or a width greater than 86 cm, if it has been handled, and\/or if the customer has modified any of its components.<\/p>\n
If due to incorrect management and treatment of the packages by the transport company you receive your damaged order, please contact our customer service team through the email orders@rednoa.es to start the return process including the following information:<\/p>\n
