HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you want to return an item, please contact us through the email firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number and the reason why you want to return it.
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to make the return. After this time, the product cannot be returned.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.
The Red Noa Kit that has been manipulated and / or the client has modified any of its components will be non-returnable.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
If due to incorrect management and treatment of the packages by the transport company you receive your damaged order, please contact our customer service team through the email email@example.com to start the return process including the following information:
- Video or photo of the product to be returned
- Full shipping address
- Mobile phone number
- At Red Noa we will take care of managing the shipment of a new Kit in perfect condition at no additional cost to the customer.
HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
Returns processing may take a maximum of 14 business days from the day we receive your return request.
We will contact you to confirm that your return has been processed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
